- Always consult a certified agronomist or agricultural extension officer for critical farm decisions.
- In case of emergencies (crop disease outbreak, extreme weather), contact local agricultural authorities.
4. User Accounts and Data
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- Provide accurate farm and crop information for reliable suggestions.
- You own all your farm data: crop logs, yield records, inventory lists.
- Data is stored locally and may be backed up to secure cloud storage.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- By using the App, you grant Agroukulima a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or harms the community.
8. Subscriptions & Payments
- Premium features (advanced analytics, market prices, unlimited fields) may require a subscription.
- Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Refunds follow Google Play Store policies.
9. Intellectual Property
- The App, including code, design, and original content, is owned by Lynn.
- Your personal farm data remains your property.
- You may not reproduce or distribute App content without permission.
